AccuMaster II

The AccuMaster II software is the true genius of this integrated system. It has colour screens and menus that employ a pop-up "windows" format, resulting in an overall system that is clear, concise and easy-to-use. Every screen has access to tutorial help via a function key. In addition, there are the Help message windows that pops up in context sensitive manner. A software upgrade program is now available.

Figure 8. Voltage and current graph in selected interval of time with all measured values

Real Time Graph

Device State

Displays current state of device. Device can be:

Inactive Device is shut down or disconnected
Idle Device is online but without program
Ready Device is ready to run program
Working Device performs program (test)
Pause Device is paused by user action
Finished Device is successfully finished test and data is collected
Ram Full Internal ram is full of data. This can happen if device performs test offline
Error Device detected some error like problem with cooling fans, etc

Current values

You can always read values from arbitrary position on graph. Just press SHIFT button and drag mouse to desired position on graph.

Time gauge

Time gauge controls time range on graph. When gauge knob at the right end of gauge, graph displays last 100 values. Displaying last 100 values allows fast PC response, and graph is online with main measurement subsystem. When gauge knob is not at the right end of gauge, graph displays last 400 values or more depending of screen resolution and knob position. In this case new incoming values are not displayed immediately.

Voltage

Shows current value of battery Voltage.

Current

Shows current value of battery Current.

Adjustment of current

During test you can change value of battery Current by dragging the knob of the gauge. This will change value of Current in current program step. After device advances to new program step, the value of Current will change according to the program.

System Btn

System button holds menu with following options:

Results database

Results database option starts form with results database. All previously saved test results are here, available for viewing and printing.

Save test

Save test option saves test to the results database, and resets device.

Status info

Status info options displays all properties of device.

Current values

Performs measurement and displays current values of Voltage, Current and, if available, temperature.

Reconnect

Reconnect is useful when device is powered on after start of GBTS 100 application, and Device State is misreported as inactive. After selection of this option device is properly connected.

Start program

Start program option allows selection of predefined programs and set of programs' options. Here, You can choose to start or not to start cell measurement subsystem and temperature measurement subsystem.

Pause program

Pauses main and cell measurement subsystem. During pause timer is stopped, so time after pause will be continuos.

Resume program

Resume program option resumes paused program.

Stop program

Stop program option immediately stops execution of program.

Reset device

Reset device option resets device.
Warning! Resetting device causes break of execution of program and loss of all collected data!

Electrolyte thickness

Electrolyte thickness option allows entry of results of electrolyte thickness measurement.

Online mode

If online mode check is checked, PC often checks presence and state of device. But if device is disconnected, PC performance will suffer. In that case is better to clear online mode option.

Cells Btn

Cells button starts form with results of cell measurement subsystem.

Start Btn

Start button starts previously loaded program. Only main measurement subsystem is started.

Pause Btn

Pauses main and cell measurement subsystem. During pause timer is stopped, so time after pause will be continuos.

Stop Btn

Immediately stops execution of program.

Show temperature

Show temperature check box controls visibility of temperature graph.

Hidden properties:

You can zoom any part of graph by holding down mouse button while mouse pointer is over graph, and dragging it diagonally from top left corner of graph to bottom right corner. Unzooming is similarly performed but you must drag mouse from bottom right corner to top left corner of graph. Results

Show temperature

Show temperature check box controls visibility of temperature graph.

Current values

You can always read values from arbitrary position on graph. Just press SHIFT button and drag mouse to desired position on graph.

Time gauge

Time gauge controls time range on graph. When knob is at the right end of gauge, the graph displays selected 500 values throughout the graph, so you can see global view of test. When time knob is not at the right end of gauge, graph displays last 400 values or more depending of screen resolution and knob position.

Results tree

All tests are organised as tree. You can browse tree or rearrange items with simple drag and drop operation.

Last change information

Whenever user changes some information of test and posts changes date and time of change and user's name is recorded.

Results grid

Results grid displays (sub) set of tests according to results tree selection or search condition.

Navigation Btns

With navigation buttons you can move through tests, delete, edit, or post changes.

Results Btn

Results button allows selection of various test items, like Main test results, Electrolyte measurement results, Cells measurement results, or used defined comments for test. After selection, the GBTS 100 prepares report for preview. On preview form you can select and cut some unneeded lines from report, by selecting them, then pressing delete lines button.

Cells Btn

Cells button starts form with results of cell measurement subsystem.

Data from test chk

While test exists in memory or is in progress, you can select current test data by checking data from test check box. Now you can inspect data by clicking results button or print results, before the test is finished and saved.

Compare Btn

Compare button allows test results comparison between various tests. First you should:

Add Current, Add Voltage, Add Temperature

These options select Current, Voltage and Temperature graph from current test. You can select graphs from different tests as many as you want. After selection you should:

Show collected series

Show collected series option asks you for colour of selected graphs and shows all previously selected graphs on current graph. After you finish comparison you can:

Clear all series

Clear all series option clear all previously selected comparison graphs.

Print graph Btn

Print graph shows print preview of graph shown on screen.

Search Btn

Search button allows you to select tests by various criteria.

Hiden properties:

You can zoom any part of graph by holding down mouse button while mouse pointer is over graph, and dragging it diagonally from top left corner of graph to bottom right corner. Unzooming is similarly performed but you must drag mouse from bottom right corner to top left corner of graph.
